Creating Branded Consumer Experiences in Retail: Collaborating with Architects, Designers, Visual Mercandisers, Digital Creators and X-functional partners

As a project manager on the design team, I collaborated with our team of in-house designers and external architects. I facilitated communication through both in-person and remote meetings with the cross functional stakeholders involved. I worked closely with our vendor partners to estimate the cost of the fixture packages to stay in budget and ensured fixtures would arrive on schedule. I managed the environmental graphics design, which showcased the NIKE RISE concept materiality and assets that set the concept apart from the other NIKE store concepts. Once they were approved through the creative process, I worked with print vendors to get them sampled, printed and installed.
